The Program is a part of the Google Pay service that provides you with access to various offers from Google Pay and participating merchants / partners (each a “ Program Offer” or “Offer”). The Google Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information when you participate in the Program, and the Google Payments Privacy Notice provides additional information about how we handle your payments information. Any defined terms used but not defined in these Google Pay Rewards Terms have the meaning set forth in the Google Pay Terms of Service. The Google Pay rewards program ( “Google Pay rewards” or the “Program”) is subject to your compliance and agreement with the Google Pay Terms of Service and these Google Pay Rewards Terms (collectively, the “Agreement”).
